Shipping Time

  • In-stock items: Tyipically between 2-5 business days
      *Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Preorders and Backorders typically ship within: 2-5 weeks

“How should I wash my new garment?”

  • Please read product descriptions before placing orders
  • Printed apparel should be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. 
  • We also recommend using non-chlorine bleach only when necessary avoid using any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
  • DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle but hang dry works best.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Sadly we do not accept exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. (exclusions may apply).
  • Email the Croesus customer support line with details about who you are and your reason for return/exchange and you’ll receive a response back ASAP!

What to do if your package comes in damaged or mislabeled?

  • Please email a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos that show the issue well. I'd be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
